Our Story

Koser Bros Contracting LLC, a third-generation, family-owned and operated construction company, was founded in 1988 from a home office with three key team members: the late Kenneth M. Koser Sr., who handled management and bookkeeping; Kevin M. Koser, job foreman and  current Vice President; and Kenneth M. Koser Jr., now the project manager and President of the company.

Licensed and insured, Koser Bros. Contracting offers a wide array of professional services, including custom homes, new builds, additions, renovations, decks, kitchen and bath remodels, replacement doors and windows, and more.

Ken and Kevin personally manage each project, ensuring a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail throughout.
